Build a better Moosetrap

 In business, that means the company that has but one product will soon perish.  In management, the manager who has but one speed, or way of dealing with issues will not manage long.  As you know, different staff need different things from their manager, and those things change over the course of their career.  Sometimes a manager needs to deliver tough love.  Other times, a good manager will need to cut their employee a break.  Sometimes more attention to them is important, and other times, let them be free to figure it out without your help.  So, be sure to have several “clubs” in your “golf bag of leadership tools”, and you’ll be more able to deal with challenges of many different types. 

 Speaking of mouse… Um.. Moose…
