Change happens – it’s inevitable.  When you drive change, please do keep in mind that when you make changes for the better, you have to allocate time and energy towards working with those on your team, so that they can adapt.  Some will adapt quickly and enthusiastically, and others will go kicking and screaming.  As this is happening, remember that you need all types of folks on your team, if you want to have a well-rounded team that can play off the strengths of different individuals, as the situation requires.
